Where listening becomes connection.
A mental health and wellness practice rooted in the power of listening
What happens when we slow down enough to listen?
The Listening Collective is a professional practice offering mental health counseling, music therapy, and therapeutic sound experiences.
These are three distinct areas of work, each with its own purpose and setting. What connects them is a belief in the power of listening. Listening to ourselves, to one another, through music and sound, and within community. Listening can create space for awareness, expression, connection, and meaningful change.
Three Areas of Practice

Listening creates space for awareness, understanding, presence, and connection. We listen in many forms: in conversation, through music, in stillness, in shared experience, and within community. A practice rooted in listening.
