Connection expands when we create spaces together.
Ways we can work together
-
Music therapy can bring a creative and experiential dimension to clinical, community, educational, and organizational settings.
I offer music therapy groups, workshops, educational experiences, and customized programming for healthcare organizations, treatment centers, community organizations, professional groups, and other settings.
Music therapy may support goals related to connection, expression, reflection, resilience, coping, and wellbeing.
-
Sound can create a different kind of space, one centered around rest, presence, listening, and connection.
I offer community and private sound baths, as well as customized sound experiences for organizations, professional groups, retreats, wellness communities, and other gatherings.
I've especially enjoyed creating sound experiences for healthcare workers, therapists, educators, and other helping professionals, people who spend much of their lives caring for others and may benefit from having a space where they can simply arrive and receive.
-
Sometimes music or sound is one part of a larger experience.
I collaborate with organizations, retreat leaders, clinicians, educators, and wellness practitioners to create workshops and experiential programming that invite people to connect, reflect, learn, and experience something together.
Programming can be designed around a particular audience, theme, setting, or goal.
-
Retreats create a unique opportunity to step outside of our usual routines and experience something differently.
I can contribute music therapy, therapeutic sound, experiential workshops, or other music- and sound-based experiences as part of a larger retreat.
I'm especially interested in collaborating with retreat leaders and centers to create experiences that complement the intention and rhythm of the retreat.
-
I offer lectures, presentations, workshops, and experiential education for professional and community audiences.
Topics may include music therapy, music and mental health, music and regulation, music therapy in healthcare, creativity, listening, and the intersection of music therapy and counseling.
Experiences can be educational, experiential, or a combination of both.
